Start by creating a new Notification channel. SIGNl4 can be setup as a notification channel via email and webhook.

From the Webhook Notification channel you can add a Custom Payload to submit critical data to S4. By default, this pulls all data received from an alert triggered within New Relic.
Cutting the payload down to only specific information that you need to see can greatly help in quickly identifying what the issue is.
SIGNL4 reads this condensed payload and displays it in an easy to read format:
By default S4 receives the notification as a URL to the alert. Overriding the Default Title and subtext quickly allows you to identify the issue at a glance before even going into the alert to view the details. Changing the color code can quickly categorize alerts.
