Mobile alerting with tracking & escalation for Microsoft SCOM
SIGNL4 provides a convenient, out-of-the-box solution to send mobile SCOM alerts to your on duty ops team. The mobile app will send alert notifications persistently until a team member acknowledges the issue to ensure alerts are handled.
How it Works
Using a SIGNL4 team-dedicated email address, Microsoft SCOM can send automated push notifications to team members.
Acknowledge, track, and act on open alerts in SIGNL4
Fix progress can be communicated via ChatOps in SIGNL4
Alerts are autonomously sent out to SIGNL4 users whenever designated criteria is met in an area of interest
When team members clock-in they will immediately start receiving SCOM notifications
A SMTP channel is created to send push notifications out of SCOM and to SIGNL4 users
