We’re excited to share SIGNL4’s first product update of 2026!
This release introduces automated user provisioning with SCIM, new controls for Team Admin invitations, and flexible caller ID options for call routing – all designed to simplify administration and improve daily workflows.

Onboard and Offboard Users Automatically with SCIM in SIGNL4 Maximize
Managing users just got easier. With SCIM-based user provisioning, SIGNL4 now integrates seamlessly with your identity provider to automatically create, update, and deactivate users.
This reduces manual effort, keeps access in sync, and helps ensure the right people are always alerted – no more, no less. SCIM provisioning is available with the SIGNL4 Maximize plan.
What is SCIM?
SCIM is a standard that makes it easy for IT systems to automatically create, update, and remove user accounts across different platforms, such as Microsoft Entra ID. Read more

Choose Your Preferred Caller ID for Call Routing
With this release, you can choose which caller ID SIGNL4 uses for call forwarding. Previously, the original caller’s number was displayed, and the SIGNL4 forwarding number was only used when the caller ID was hidden. This can now be configured individually for each forwarding number.
Using the SIGNL4 forwarding number as the caller ID is recommended, as it allows employees to immediately recognize SIGNL4 calls, especially on personal devices. Alternatively, you can choose to display the original caller’s number if all potential callers are known and saved in contacts.
Please note that we recommend using the SIGNL4 forwarding number for all our Austrias customers, as Austrian regulators may block incoming international calls with local Austrian caller IDs for security reasons.

Team Admin Permissions for Inviting New Employees
You can now control whether team administrators are allowed to invite new employees themselves. This option can be disabled if user onboarding is handled centrally, for example through automated SCIM provisioning based on internal rules.
This ensures that internal users are created only through the company directory and cannot be added independently. In this setup, only administrators can invite external users, helping you manage license usage more centrally and efficiently.
We hope you love these updates and are confident they’ll make a real difference in your day-to-day work. 🙂
