How SIGNL4 supports hybrid deployments
The optional SIGNL4 Edge Proxy securely connects your on-premises systems with SIGNL4’s cloud-based alerting and incident response. It connects to local systems through webhooks, command line, SMTP, S7, OPC, database readers, and two-way connectors, then forwards selected events to SIGNL4 for alerting and response.
What are the core capabilities of the Edge Proxy?

- RContent filters ensure only relevant events are forwarded to the SIGNL4 cloud.
- RTracks all events in a local database for a complete audit trail.
- REvent data can be modified before it is sent to the cloud to prevent the exposure of sensitive data.
