The latest SIGNL4 features make it even easier to keep your stakeholders informed and communicate with them directly. At the same time, you can fine-tune your alerting to better fit your teams and workflows.
Did I really need to get this alert? Relevance feedback for alerts
Deciding which alerts are important enough to wake someone up in the middle of the night is one of the most important parts of setting up SIGNL4.
Now, after acknowledging an alert in the app, users can mark it as irrelevant. Admins can see this feedback in the Signl Center and, after checking in with their teams, decide whether an alert should be prioritized differently, filtered more effectively, or avoided altogether in the future.
- Users can mark alerts as irrelevant directly in the app
- Admins decide how those alerts should be handled going forward
- Teams can fine-tune alerting processes faster and more effectively
- Fewer unnecessary alerts mean less alert fatigue and happier users
Can it get any easier? Stakeholder communication via email
Stakeholder communication in SIGNL4 is now also available via email.
- Stakeholder messages can be sent via push notification, email, or both
- Stakeholders no longer need the mobile app – not even to sign up for SIGNL4
- A simpler, more convenient SIGNL4 sign-up experience for stakeholders
A better SIGNL4 sign-up and login experience
We’ve also improved and streamlined the SIGNL4 sign-up and login experience. Both the Account Portal and the mobile app now use the same browser-based authentication process, making access simpler and more consistent across SIGNL4.
As always, we hope you enjoy exploring the new features and putting them to work for your teams! 🙂
