Duty Companion
Meet your new shift-sidekick! The Duty Companion is a smart assistant that keeps you on top of everything during your scheduled shifts. Available as a Live Activity on iOS or a notification on Android, it’s with you from start to finish – so you’re always in control.
With Duty Companion, you can instantly see:
- Open alerts – know exactly how many need your attention
- Oldest alert age – never lose track of lingering issues
- Shift countdown – time left in your shift, shown in minutes and a handy progress bar
And if you need a break, no worries – you can easily switch it off anytime in your system settings.
Postmortem Report
Getting insights after an incident has never been easier. You can now generate a Postmortem Report for any alert – simply look for the button in the Signal details.
Each report provides a clear, ready-to-share summary, including:
- Who acknowledged or closed the alert
- Response times at a glance
- Which users were alerted, when, and with delivery status details
- (Optional) An AI-generated summary for quick takeaways
With everything neatly compiled in one place, Postmortem Reports make it simple to review incidents, share findings, and continuously improve your response process.

Custom Branding Made Easy
Your SIGNL4 look and feel just got a big upgrade! You can now design your individual branding in both the mobile app and web portal – more easily and consistently than ever.
Here’s what’s new:
- Upload separate images for mobile and web
- Set an account-level image at the subscription level (this automatically appears if a team hasn’t uploaded its own image, or on non-team pages like the Dashboard or Signls)
- Admin controls – decide whether teams can upload their own images or keep everything unified
The result? A consistent, professional brand presence across SIGNL4 – wherever your users interact.
