We’re back with another major SIGNL4 update! This release brings new features and improvements across Call Routing, User Profiles and Management, Stakeholder Communication, and AI.
Enhanced User Profiles – Find the Right Person for the Job
User Tags For Roles And Skills
Users can now be assigned tags that highlight their roles and individual skills. These tags appear in a new profile card when you hover over a user’s profile picture.
This makes it easier to quickly find the right person for the job – simplifying user management, improving collaboration, and helping teams connect and communicate more efficiently.
Custom Profile Colors
Users can now choose their own profile color in both the SIGNL4 web portal and mobile app.
Call Routing – Easily Follow Up on Missed Calls
If the person on call misses an incoming call, SIGNL4 can now automatically trigger a Signl.
This brings SIGNL4’s alerting and escalation capabilities into the process, helping ensure that missed calls are followed up on – for example by calling the requester back.
This way, missed calls can be handled systematically, and critical requests are less likely to go unanswered.
Enhanced Stakeholder Communication
The new Stakeholder Chat makes it easy to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout an incident. Operators can share updates, while stakeholders can ask questions and respond within a single incident conversation.
This adds real-time, two-way communication to stakeholder messaging and helps everyone stay aligned as the incident evolves.
Granular AI Feature Settings – Stay in Control of AI Compliance
Individual AI features in SIGNL4 can now be enabled or disabled separately, giving organizations greater control over which AI capabilities they use.
Each feature also includes clear information about hosting and data processing, helping you assess its use against your compliance and data privacy requirements.
On-Call Management – Control When New Members Join a Shift
By default, newly invited users are immediately added to their team’s current on-call shift.
You can now change this behavior in “Settings” and have new team members join at the next shift instead. This keeps the current shift unchanged and gives teams more control over when new colleagues enter the on-call schedule.

And Last but Not Least, SIGNL4 has a new logo! ⭐
You may have already noticed that the SIGNL4 logo looks a little different.
SIGNL4 is at the heart of everything we do – and at the center of our vision for the future.
So, we felt it was time to put SIGNL4 front and center in our logo, too.
We’re proud to introduce our new logo!
As always, we hope you enjoy exploring the new features and putting them to work for your teams! 🙂
