How it Works
SIGNL4 is natively available in Centreon. Using the SIGNL4 app, you can easily alert your team through an automated workflow via push, SMS text and voice calls and including escalation, duty scheduling and collaboration.

HOW TO INTEGRATE
SIGNL4 is available as a build-in notification channel. You can configure it directly in your Broker settings.
Go to “Configuration > Pollers > Broker configuration” menu and edit the ‘central-broker-master’ configuration
Add a new “Generic – Stream Connector” output type.
Configure output parameters (‘team_secret’ is mandatory). This is your SIGNL4 team secret.
Export the configuration for your Central Server.

ALERT OPTIMIZATION
SIGNL4 can further increase the visibility of alerts through its Signals and Services section. Augmenting the color and icon of alerts will provide more relevant information at a glance without having to open the alert.
