Mit SCIM-basierter User-Provisionierung integriert sich SIGNL4 nahtlos in euren Identity Provider und erstellt, aktualisiert und deaktiviert Benutzer automatisch. Das reduziert manuellen Aufwand, h\u00e4lt Zugriffsrechte automatisch aktuell und stellt sicher, dass immer die richtigen Personen alarmiert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das SCIM Feature ist im SIGNL4 Maximize Plan verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was ist SCIM?<\/strong><br>SCIM ist ein Standard, mit dem IT-Systeme Benutzerkonten automatisch erstellen, aktualisieren und entfernen k\u00f6nnen \u2013 \u00fcber verschiedene Plattformen hinweg, z. B. Bisher wurde die Telefonnummer des urspr\u00fcnglichen Anrufers angezeigt und nur bei unterdr\u00fcckter Nummer die SIGNL4-Rufnummer. Dieses Verhalten ist nun pro Rufweiterleitungsnummer konfigurierbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empfohlen ist die Nutzung der SIGNL4-Rufnummer als Anruferkennung, da Mitarbeitende so sofort erkennen, dass es sich um einen SIGNL4-Anruf handelt, insbesondere auf privaten Ger\u00e4ten. Alternativ kann die Telefonnummer des Anrufers verwendet werden, wenn alle m\u00f6glichen Anrufer bekannt sind und im Adressbuch gespeichert wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bitte beachte, dass diese Funktion in einigen L\u00e4ndern, z. Diese Funktion kann deaktiviert werden, wenn das Onboarding zentral organisiert ist, zum Beispiel \u00fcber eine automatische SCIM-Bereitstellung nach internen Vorgaben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So wird sichergestellt, dass interne Mitarbeiter nur \u00fcber das Unternehmensverzeichnis angelegt werden und nicht eigenst\u00e4ndig hinzugef\u00fcgt werden k\u00f6nnen. In diesem Fall d\u00fcrfen nur Administratoren externe Nutzer einladen.
