Automatisiertes St\u00f6rfallmanagement in kritischer Infrastruktur<\/span><\/h3>\n

Der Flugbetrieb am BER betreibt eine Vielzahl kritischer Infrastrukturen mit h\u00f6chster Verf\u00fcgbarkeit, um einen unterbrechungsfreien Flugbetrieb mit kurzen Turnaround-Zeiten zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Dazu z\u00e4hlen insbesondere die Gep\u00e4ckf\u00f6rderanlage aber auch Fahrgastbr\u00fccken, das Andock\u00adf\u00fchrungs\u00adsystem, die Bodenstrom\u00adversorgung, die Befeuerung u.a..<\/p>\n

Initial ben\u00f6tigte der BER eine L\u00f6sung, um Servicetechniker der Gep\u00e4ckf\u00f6rderanlage automatisiert \u00fcber St\u00f6rungen zu informieren. Ziel war es, den Beginn der Entst\u00f6rung der Anlage innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu garantieren.<\/p>\n

Automatisiertes St\u00f6rfallmanagement\u00a0<\/span>mit SIGNL4 <\/span>und Nutzung von Smartphones<\/span><\/h3>\n

Der Flughafen BER fand in Derdack einen etablierten Anbieter in der Region, der mit SIGNL4 ein innovatives und leistungsf\u00e4higes Alarmierungssystem f\u00fcr kritische Infrastrukturen anbieten konnte.<\/p>\n

Zun\u00e4chst stand die automatisierte St\u00f6rungsalarmierung f\u00fcr die Gep\u00e4ckf\u00f6rderanlage im Fokus. Per S7 Protokoll wurde SIGNL4 \u00fcber einen mitgelieferten Edge Proxy direkt an die Steuerungscomputer (SPS) der Anlage angeschlossen. Es kann so im Fehlerfall verf\u00fcgbare Techniker innerhalb von Sekunden alarmieren. Dabei werden aus insgesamt 18,000 verschiedenen Meldungen und Alarmen die relevanten herausgefiltert. Ziel ist es, dass ein technischer oder gep\u00e4ckbedingter St\u00f6rungsalarm innerhalb von 1 min quittiert wird und die Entst\u00f6rung innerhalb von 3 min beginnt. Der Einsatz von Smartphones mit der mobilen App von SIGNL4 erlaubt es, umfassende Informationen an den Techniker zu liefern, inklusive Lagepl\u00e4nen der gest\u00f6rten Komponenten. Bei fehlender Quittierung innerhalb der gew\u00fcnschten Zeit, wird der Alarm automatisch an weitere Personen eskaliert.<\/p>\n

Da sich das System bew\u00e4hrt hat, werden Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt weitere Infrastrukturen in die automatisierte St\u00f6rungsalarmierung eingebunden, z.B. das automatische Andockf\u00fchrungssystem.<\/p>\n

Derzeit werden 80 Techniker in 10 Wartungsteams mit SIGNL4 gesteuert.<\/p>\n

Durch die mobile Zustellung kritischer Alarme werden die zust\u00e4ndigen Mitarbeiter sofort benachrichtigt, egal wo sie sich befinden. Dies tr\u00e4gt wesentlich zur schnellen Behebung von St\u00f6rungen bei und reduziert Ausfallzeiten erheblich. Die Automatisierung der Alarmierung spart wertvolle Zeit \u2013\u200b die Effizienz der Einsatzkr\u00e4fte wird dadurch deutlich erh\u00f6ht. SIGNL4 unterst\u00fctzt au\u00dferdem g\u00e4ngige Industrieschnittstellen und l\u00e4sst sich flexibel in bestehende Infrastrukturen integrieren.
