Optimierte Prozesse f\u00fcr Intralogistik Automatisierung<\/span><\/h3>\n

Die BASF ist mit einem Umsatz von 59 Milliarden EUR, 247 Produktionsstandorten und 110.000 Mitarbeitern der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Chemieproduzent der Welt. Der Unternehmensbereich Coatings der BASF besch\u00e4ftigt 11.000 Mitarbeiter und entwickelt, produziert und vermarktet innovative L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Fahrzeug- und Autoreparaturlacke, Industrielacke sowie Bauanstrichmittel und verwandte Beschichtungsverfahren.<\/p>\n

Das f\u00fcr die On-Site-Logistik zust\u00e4ndige Team am Standort M\u00fcnster suchte nach M\u00f6glichkeiten, die Prozesse f\u00fcr den Transport von Rohstoffen und Fertigprodukten vor Ort zu verbessern. Sie stellten unn\u00f6tige Leerlaufzeiten von Transportwagen fest und suchten nach einer intelligenten On-Demand-Disposition und einer besseren Auslastung von Fahrern und Transportwagen. Der IoT Service Buttons der Deutschen Telekom kam als L\u00f6sung ins Spiel, um Transportwagen anzufordern, wenn fertige Produkte an einer Fertigungsstation abgeholt und in ein Lager transportiert werden sollten.<\/p>\n

Was fehlte, war ein mobiles Frontend f\u00fcr die Fahrer, also eine intuitive App f\u00fcr die mobile Service-Disposition. Diese sollte auch Telefonanrufe, R\u00fcckrufe, E-Mails und andere ineffiziente Arbeiten rund um die Service-Disposition ersetzen.<\/p>\n

SIGNL4 und IoT-Buttons optimieren Intralogistik Automatisierung<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

SIGNL4 erg\u00e4nzt derzeit 60 IoT-Buttons an rund 30 Abholstationen, die \u00fcber das Werksgel\u00e4nde der BASF in M\u00fcnster verteilt sind. Diese Buttons werden f\u00fcr Transportanfragen verwendet. SIGNL4 verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen 2-Wege-Konnektor zur Integration mit der Cloud der Dinge der Deutschen Telekom, um alle Ereignisse beim Dr\u00fccken der Buttons zu erfassen. Wenn ein Arbeiter an einem Produktionsstandort oder einer Abholstation einen IoT-Knopf dr\u00fcckt, erstellt SIGNL4 einen Alarm und benachrichtigt die diensthabenden Transportfahrer \u00fcber diesen neuen Abholauftrag. Mit Hilfe der Alarmanreicherung und des Taggings von SIGNL4 werden die Alarme mit allen relevanten Informationen, Farben und Symbolen versehen, so dass die Fahrer sofort und visuell verstehen k\u00f6nnen, wo eine Abholung erforderlich ist. In der SIGNL4-App k\u00f6nnen die Fahrer dann eine Abholanfrage best\u00e4tigen, die sofort f\u00fcr die anderen Fahrer im Team sichtbar ist.
