Zuverl\u00e4ssige Cloud-L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr IT-Rufbereitschaft<\/span><\/h3>\n

Die SoCura<\/a> ist eine Tochtergesellschaft des Malteser Verbundes und erbringt professionelle Services in den Bereichen IT, Buchhaltung und Personalwirtschaft. \u00dcber 450 Mitarbeitende an den drei Standorten K\u00f6ln (Zentrale), Osnabr\u00fcck und Berlin erbringen Dienstleistungen f\u00fcr die \u00fcber 80.000 haupt- und ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeitenden der 700 Malteser Standorte in Deutschland sowie f\u00fcr weitere Kunden aus den Bereichen Gesundheitswesen und Wohlfahrt\/Non-Profit-Organisation.<\/p>\n

Die SoCura unterh\u00e4lt einen zentralen 24\/7-Service-Desk, der als erster Kontaktpunkt f\u00fcr dringende IT-Probleme an 700 Standorten fungiert, einschlie\u00dflich Krankenh\u00e4usern, Pflegeeinrichtungen, Rettungsdiensten und anderen Institutionen.<\/p>\n

In dem Bestreben, die Qualit\u00e4t ihres IT-Supports zu steigern, war die SoCura auf der Suche nach einer verbesserten Alarmierungsl\u00f6sung f\u00fcr ihre IT-Bereitschaftsteams, um auf kritische St\u00f6rungen noch effektiver reagieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Die bisherige On-Premise-L\u00f6sung sollte dabei durch eine moderne Cloud-L\u00f6sung ersetzt werden, die eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Alarmierung auch bei m\u00f6glichen St\u00f6rungen in der eigenen IT sicherstellt, aber auch Kosten und den Aufwand einer Betriebsf\u00fchrung spart.<\/p>\n

Die Cloud-L\u00f6sung sollte dabei alle wesentlichen Eigenschaften der bereits eingesetzten L\u00f6sung mitbringen, ohne dass qualitative Abstriche zu machen w\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n

Alarmierung der IT-Rufbereitschaft per Knopfdruck<\/span><\/h3>\n

Die SoCura entschied sich f\u00fcr SIGNL4, um per Knopfdruck \u00fcber den Webbrowser die IT-Rufbereitschaft alarmieren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Insgesamt sind knapp 70 Mitarbeitende in 10 fachlich aufgeteilten Teams \u00fcber SIGNL4 erreichbar \u2013 au\u00dferhalb der Gesch\u00e4ftszeiten, allerdings nat\u00fcrlich unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der jeweils selbst verwalteten Bereitschaftskalender.<\/p>\n

Kommt es zu einer St\u00f6rung in einer von der SoCura bereitgestellten IT-Applikation, kann der Service Desk das zust\u00e4ndige IT-Team per Klick im SIGNL4-Portal alarmieren. Basierend auf dem in SIGNL4 hinterlegten Bereitschaftskalender wird der Mitarbeiter im Dienst gem\u00e4\u00df seiner Pr\u00e4ferenz per Push, SMS und Anruf alarmiert.<\/p>\n

Die Reaktionszeit betr\u00e4gt dabei 30 Minuten, f\u00fcr besonderes kritische Anwendungen, wie den Hausnotruf, sogar nur 10 Minuten. Erfolgt innerhalb dieser Zeit keine Quittierung des Alarms, eskaliert SIGNL4 diesen an ein Team aus Managern, die ebenfalls einen Bereitschaftskalender pflegen. Bei komplexeren St\u00f6rf\u00e4llen kann auch der jeweilige IMOC (Incident Manager On Call) alarmiert werden.<\/p>\n

Die Implementierung von SIGNL4 bei der SoCura sichert die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit des Shared-Services-Angebotes und unterst\u00fctzt die Umsetzung der ITIL-Prozesse.<\/p>\n

SIGNL4 erm\u00f6glicht dabei Effizienzgewinne im Incident Management und sorgt f\u00fcr eine automatisierte und zuverl\u00e4ssige Erreichbarkeit der IT-Teams au\u00dferhalb der Gesch\u00e4ftszeiten.<\/p>\n

Entscheidend ist die hohe Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von SIGNL4. Die Zahl der St\u00f6rf\u00e4lle ist \u00fcberschaubar, im Falle des Falles muss ein Alarmierungssystem jedoch sehr zuverl\u00e4ssig arbeiten. Als Cloud-L\u00f6sung ist SIGNL4 unabh\u00e4ngig von der eigenen IT. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist das Konzept des Produktes, welches es den Teams und Mitarbeitenden erlaubt, die Rufbereitschaftskalender selbst zu pflegen und notwendige Konfigurationen, zum Beispiel f\u00fcr die Alarmierung, selbst durchzuf\u00fchren. Dies spart administrativen Aufwand.<\/p>\n
