But making sure you know about these issues before they become critical is the first step. That’s where SIGNL4 comes in. Intercepting notification messages and alerting team members of server status is a great proactive approach to ensure the networks stays up and running.
How it Works
SIGNL4 can retrieve detailed incident information sent from Pulseway via email notifications. On-call users responsible for such incidents will receive mobile alerts where they can take ownership and even collaborate with peers if needed.

HOW TO INTEGRATE
Create a User from the web portal with the SIGNL4 email address.
Assign that user to a to a Team responsible for monitoring devices.
On Duty SIGNL4 members will now receive alerts based on the notifications sent from Pulseway.
ALERT OPTIMIZATION SIGNL4 can further increase the visibility of alerts through its Signals and Services section. Augmenting the color and icon of alerts will provide more relevant information at a glance without having to open the alert.
