HARP is a modern IT incident management system that helps to reduce, enrich and manage alerts from your monitoring systems in one place.

Mobile workers are not able to sit in front of a HARP dashboard and actively monitor incidents. SIGNL4 enables HARP to notify the mobile teams in the field or on call in real-time. This speeds up their response significantly and frees resources in the operations.

 How it Works

HARP compatibility allows you to distribute operational alerts to a mobile SIGNL4 team by using a native webhook integration. Persistent notifications and acknowledgement requirements ensure that issues will be handled before it is too late.

SIGNL4 is available as a build-in scenario action in HARP. You can configure it directly in your scenario settings.



In order to configure SIGNL4 as a notification channel in HARP you go to Scenarios and then create a new scenario or edit an existing one.


In the scenario settings you add a new action of the type “signl4”. Here you just need to configure your SIGNL4 webhook URL including your team secret, save and that’s it. Now HARP can notify your SIGNL4 team when critical incidents occur.

SIGNL4 can further increase the visibility of alerts through its Signals and Services section. Augmenting the color and icon of alerts will provide more relevant information at a glance without having to open the alert.
