Mobile alerting with tracking & escalation for Azure IoT
Mobile workers are not able to sit in front of their Azure IoT solution dashboard and actively monitor problems. SIGNL4 enables Azure IoT solutions to notify the mobile teams in the field or on call in real-time. This speeds up their response significantly and frees resources in the operations.
How it Works
SIGNL4 adds mobile alerting with tracking and escalations to Azure IoT and Azure IoT Central. SIGNL4 receives events from Azure Iot via Logic Apps or directly through webhook or email and then forwards enriched mobile alerts to your field services team.
Trigger mobile team alerts through rules from IoT devices connected to Azure IoT Hub
Automatically send critical alerts to field staff by push, text and call
Connect multiple IoT devices to Azure IoT Hub to send a flow of operational alerts to your mobile workforce
Set conditions and customize alerts to include actionable data
On duty SIGNL4 users can acknowledge and take ownership of alerts
Flexible duty check-in/out assures alerts are received at the right time by the right people
On-call scheduling to alert the right people at the right time
Tickets and Incidents are sent to SIGNL4
Event categorization, routing and automated delivery
Persistent Notifications by push, text and voice call with Tracking, Escalation and Confirmation to Staff on Duty
HOW TO INTEGRATE Watch our video to see how we integrated with Azure IoT and Pycom. Learn more on how SIGNL4 complements IoT scenarios with IoT Service Alerting.
ALERT OPTIMIZATION SIGNL4 can further increase the visibility of alerts through its Signals and Services section. Augmenting the color and icon of alerts will provide more relevant information at a glance without having to open the alert.
Change alert color and override title + text
Override text, colors and titles are triggered by keywords set within the mobile app.
