Mobile workers are not able to sit in front of their Azure IoT solution dashboard and actively monitor problems. SIGNL4 enables Azure IoT solutions to notify the mobile teams in the field or on call in real-time. This speeds up their response significantly and frees resources in the operations.
How it Works
SIGNL4 adds mobile alerting with tracking and escalations to Azure IoT and Azure IoT Central. SIGNL4 receives events from Azure Iot via Logic Apps or directly through webhook or email and then forwards enriched mobile alerts to your field services team.

ALERT OPTIMIZATION
SIGNL4 can further increase the visibility of alerts through its Signals and Services section. Augmenting the color and icon of alerts will provide more relevant information at a glance without having to open the alert.
